The relationships we have built and the trust we have developed with our clients is reflected in the fact we have some clients who have been with us since Fox & Associates’ inception in 1981.

We are large enough to be able to apply the appropriate technology to your project but small enough to provide a ‘boutique’ personal and customised service. Due to our size we can respond and adapt quickly and with flexibility to changing circumstances. As mentioned earlier you will also benefit from easy, direct access and continuity of staff throughout your project.

History

Established in 1981 by David Fox, we are a boutique surveying firm with very high levels of competency in land development consultancy, including rural and urban subdivisions. Our experienced team are highly skilled in a broad range of land development areas.

Our abilities have been recognised by the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors, who presented David Fox with their “Award of Merit” for “work of significant merit in the concept and design of the Broad Oaks Subdivision, Christchurch”.
