David has been a professional surveyor since 1964 and as such, has a broad and detailed knowledge of survey, engineering, planning matters and practices.  David’s particular skill is in the conception and design of major residential development, and this was recognised by him being appointed to the working panel with the Ministry for the Environment to produce ‘The Urban Design Protocol” – a document seeking to improve development outcomes through quality urban design.  David is experienced in Local Authority planning, resource consent procedures and importantly, legal issues relating to land.

Michael Martin, B.Surv, MNZIS, RPSurv., Director
Michael’s technical skills in computer systems, engineering design and analysis have proved invaluable to many clients.  His years of experience in civil engineering works has included the design and management of major infrastructure construction projects.  Recent experience includes resolving planning issues, providing construction designs for access and the design of sewer and stormwater systems for complex, multi land-use high-density urban developments.

Carl specialises in subdivisional design, project management for land development projects while over-seeing the Company’s cadastral operations.  Carl’s style is to work closely with his clients to provide planning, engineering and feasibility studies tailored to meet their requirements.
