The Panoramas

We're developing a bit of land on Panorama Rd.  This has to be one of the best views in Christchurch....

As a land development project there's been a variety of challenges:

• the slope of the land just keeps getting steeper, and theres some rock bluffs on the site.
• there's an exisitng sewer main that crosses the  middle of the site from side to side, and a stormwater main that goes from top to bottom
• typical Port Hills loess (clay) on the top of the site and then lots of volcanic rock on the bottom

So, the challenge has been to work with all these factors.  I think the final result speaks for itself.  Each section will have a slice of that awesome view.
