We’re on the move

Yes, it’s finally happening – Fox & Associates are moving back into central Christchurch.

Since the earthquake in February 2011 we have operated from our current offices located in Bishopdale, but the whole time we have yearned to be back near the city centre.

During the long search for new offices we found it very hard to find a spot where the rental wasn’t too high, where parking was sufficient and the area for lease met our requirements.  For a while there we thought we would be frustrated by these factors which are a result of high building costs and Council land use policy.

Finally we found one – so our new office location is:

195 Peterborough Street (near the corner with Madras Street)

It is a new 2 storey building and we will be on the top floor.  We think it’s quite a special space because there is a large atrium in the middle of the building, which means we get loads of natural light.

The plan is to move in early September – and we can’t wait to be there.  We would love to show it off to you.
