Project: Angus Street Subdivision
Like many medium density developments, this subdivision required careful consideration and preservation of the available space.
Not only was space limited, but the property was bordered by a natural boundary (stream) and was poorly defined due to old, inconsistent survey data.
Services provided included medium density housing development, topographical surveys, boundary redefinition, and development feasibility studies.
Boundaries and easements had to be carefully redefined to maximise every square metre and protect common walls, eaves and services. The shared driveway was designed to minimise construction costs while providing long-term structural integrity.
A vibrant and functional medium density development that offers privacy, security and a sense of space, within a busy urban environment.
